One of the few industries that seems to be doing very well throughout this pandemic is the home gym equipment industry. If their home can spare the space for it, most people prefer the privacy and social distancing afforded by having their own exercise equipment. If you own home exercise equipment, or are thinking about getting some, there are some safety considerations to keep in mind.
For example, exercise equipment often has resistance weights or springs that can be a pinch point for anybody, but especially for the little fingers of a child. Similarly, exercise bikes, treadmills, and elliptical machines have moving parts that can pose a related threat.
Of course, many an innocent victim has suffered the painful effects of a stubbed toe from dumbells that have been left on the floor. Be sure to put them back where they belong, to keep your loved ones from wanting to do terrible things to you in revenge.
