Home Inspections

When it comes to home inspections, we here at Westcliff Inspection Services have you covered!

We perform some of the most detailed, thorough, and comprehensive home inspections in Fort Worth. We do this through a very methodical process that we have developed over the years.

We don’t do the minimum – we set a new standard. We go above an beyond what other home inspectors perform, and we leave you with a detailed and comprehensive report.

Our Home Inspection Process

Westcliff Inspection Services offers the most comprehensive home inspection available.

Step 1

We start at the roof and evaluate not only the roof surface, but also the chimney, the ventilation system, the electrical service entrance, the plumbing stack, and any other systems or components located on the roof.

Step 2

Our next step is to inspect the exterior of the home. We use a macro and micro approach to look at both the big picture and all the details. This approach helps us to really hone in on potential issues that we may find on the interior.

Step 3

We then move inside the house, and starting at the bottom, work our way up through the home into the attic. While inside, we address such things as the structure, the heating and cooling systems, the electrical and plumbing systems, the interior finishes, the insulation and ventilation, and accessories such as fireplaces.

Step 4

If your new home has a water well and septic system we will be able to fully inspect those for you as well, as these are important to your home’s function.

Step 5

Our evaluation is then communicated through a detailed inspection report, which includes descriptions of all the systems in the home, as well as any recommended improvements. This will help you prioritize the improvements and develop a blueprint for your future in the home.

Step 6 (After the Inspection)

Best of all, our services don’t end with the on-site inspection. For as long as you own your home, you can call with any additional questions – at no extra charge!
